Basic: Includes one hour initial private counsultation plus
one half-hour follow-up appointment $130 Pkg. A Includes three full hours of counseling:
one hour initial consultation plus four additional half hour appointments or 2 full hours + 2 half-hour appointments. $250. (Save $20.) Pkg. B Includes six hours of counseling:
2 one-hour appointments + 8 half-hour appointments. $590. (Save $40)
The Nutrition Home Make-Over
This is for the mom that needs an overhaul of how the whole family is eating. Our registered dietitian will come to your home and help you plan out healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for a week for the whole family which will include re-thinking your grocery shopping and with what foods your cabinets, pantry, and refrigerator are stocked. Two or three hours. $210 - $290. (A trip together to the supermarket is an option that can always be included!)
