"Oh Baby, Baby, What shall I feed you?"- Wednesday, July 9th 12:30-1:30. One hour nutrition workshop with Yeemay Miller, RD. Learn all you'll need to know to feed your little one during the first year and beyond. Topics include: breastfeeding, formula feeding, vitamin and mineral recommendations, introducing solids (what, when, how much), introducing table foods, avoiding food allergies, and laying a healthy eating foundation for life. $20 for non-members, free for members.
Infant/Child CPR- Saturday, July 12th 9am-noon, Tuesday, July 29th 6-9pm. Learn from a local Hingham firefighter/EMT and get certified in the most important thing you can do for your child- keeping them safe! $35 per participant.
"It's Positive...Now What?"- Monday, July 28th from 6:30-8pm. Calling expectant moms...Join us for this 90 minute workshop to learn the importance and considerations of exercise and activity. How much exercise, what types and things to consider when you are expecting. Led by Lauren Hendry, certified pre/post natal fitness specialist and trainer. Wear comfortable clothing for some light stretching and feel good exercises. FREE for all!
"Brush Up Baby!"- Wednesday, July 30th from 12:30-1:30. Dental Hygenist, Claire Reilly, from Dentistry for Children will help answer questions regarding your little ones oral health. Topics include: pacifiers, sippy cups, teething, when to start brushing and flossing, and more. FREE for all!
