Breastfeeding Support Basics and Essentials Workshop

Provides mother-to-be and parents-to-be the needed information regarding the benefits of breastfeeding, how to breastfeed, overcoming obstacles and more.  Certified Lactation specialist and counselor, Robin Goulding, RN, IBCLC, will guide you through expectations and techniques for breastfeeding to boost confidence in nursing your newborn.

Lactation Counseling

Breastfeeding is a natural , wonderful and sometimes challenging part of motherhood. There may be times a mother would need extra one-to-one guidance. Meeting with a lactation specialist may help to relieve concerns and discomforts, as well as help establish proper nursing techniques.

At Mamas Move, we offer this individual guidance with Yvonne Maalouf,  IBCLC, birth and postpartum doula, Happiest Baby on the Block educator, and La Leche League Leader, as well as with Robin Goulding, IBCLC, RN and educator for over 20 years.  Please call for scheduling appointments.

45 Minute follow up visit $40
