Expecting Moms
The journey into both motherhood and parenthood is sometimes a long and
winding road with many paths. At Mamas Move we make these opportunities to make it personal, meaningful, and educational. From experience, we know what it is like to prepare for your first, second and even third or more child. Each pregnancy is different and requires different needs. With more and more information on the effects of exercise and the health of your baby with pregnancy fitness, and your over all wellness and comfort with pregnancy massage, our comprehensive programming provides a multitude of options and paths.

Working Out for Two workshop and class- Just found out you are expecting? Entering your second or third trimester? You’ll want to sit in (and move) on this workshop to learn the “do’s and don’ts” for fitness and activity when you are pregnant. Join Lauren Hendry, pre/post natal fitness specialist in this 75 min workshop. Includes 30 minute prenatal strength workout. Saturday, November 12th, 10:30-11:45am. Free for monthly members. $10 for punchard, non-peak and trial members. $25 for non-members.
