At Mamas Move, don’t just prepare for childbirth, but prepare for parenthood too! From childbirth education classes to “working out for two”, our center can guide you effortlessly through this exciting time. As of January 2011, we are happy to announce our new affiliation with Harvard Vanguard and Atrius Health.
All Mamas Move members receive a discount at the Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Atrius Health Childbirth Classes. Mamas Move has expert classes in Infant Massage, Nutrition for your baby or toddler, Infant/Child CPR and our most popular, Moms Know Best New Mom Support Series. NOW Enrolling for Wednesdays 10:30-11:15am beginning January 11th. Call to enroll. Space is limited.
