Mamas Move, Inc. Important Information for our Customers
Before registering and purchasing classes at Mamas Move, we ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policies. Due to the advanced nature of our class registrations, we are often not able to fill last minute vacancies created by cancellations or changes. Therefore we have created policies which we feel are both accommodating to our customers and fair to Mamas Move, Inc. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be advised that there are no cash refunds for deposits or prepaid sessions after 48 hours from purchase.
If you sign up for a class and need to change for any reason, there will be a $25 change fee for administrative costs, and attempting to fill your space. At the time of rescheduling, please inform us as to which class you would like to transfer into. Credit for the full value of the class, minus the re-scheduling fee ($25) will be given to the customer towards the value of the class for which he/she is transferring into. No cash refunds will be granted for any balances remaining on class transfers. All transfers must be completed within 6 months of credit issued.
We offer 1 make-up class for each multi-week session/parent participatory class. If you miss a class within the session, schedule a make-up date with the instructor in advance. No refunds will be given for any missed or unused classes at Mamas Move.
BIRTHDAY PARTY DEPOSIT AND POLICY: Deposit requirements are as follows: $100 for all packages.
Final payment is due on the day of your scheduled party. Final payments may be made via Cash, credit or check. Each package price is based on a minimum of 15 guests. If less than 15 guests are present, you are still responsible for the Package Price.
TODDLER ENRICHMENT/PRE-K KIDS DEPOSIT AND POLICY: $100 nonrefundable deposit required at the time of enrollment. Final payment must be made 15 days prior to the start of the registered session or via monthly automatic installments.
KID’S CLUBS/CAMPS DEPOSIT AND POLICY: School Vacation club requires full payment at the time of registration.
CLASS (SESSION) CANCELLATIONS (if we cancel): If enrollment is below the studio minimum of 5 students, the teacher has the right the right to cancel a class one week prior to the class. If a class is cancelled, you will be contacted using the phone number and/or e-mail that you provided upon registration, and we will issue a full refund or a credit for any future class (your choice). Your credit will be good for 6 months from the date of the class.
PUNCH CARDS: No refunds or center credit will be given for unused classes. All punch cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: In case of inclement weather, Mamas Move reserves the right to cancel any and all classes as deemed necessary to ensure the safety of its families and staff members. We refer to the Norwell Public School Closing Announcements to help us determine the safety of the weather conditions. In general, when the Norwell Public Schools are closed, our children’s classes will be cancelled. If you are unsure, please check our website or call us at 781-616-6244 before attending classes. We will do our best to offer make-up classes for those affected by the cancellation, however it is not always possible due to time and scheduling considerations. No refunds will be given for any cancellation relating to inclement weather.
