Where Fitness Meets Family!
Mamas Move Family Fitness Center is for any woman, mom or child looking to get fit, fit in and have fun. Mamas Move fitness is the ONLY health and fitness center on the South Shore that has programming for all women including prenatal and mom & baby fitness. From twenty somethings to baby boomers and beyond, every woman will feel quite comfortable knowing that each program is catered to their fitness level. Our children’s program is also top notch, with classes for kids birth to 7 years: yoga, sports, music, movement, sign language, art and more! Oh and of course, we love dads too- they are always welcome in our play area, in our Boot Camp Transformation Program, participating in kid’s classes and just hanging out!
