Kids ages 2.9-4.5 years
This specially designed program provides children with an introduction to the sport of gymnastics with an emphasis on fun, fitness and basic fundamental skills. An energetic warm-up and stretching circle is followed by gymnastics circuits and gross motor games.
Itty Bitty Book Club This brand new class designed and taught by a certified early childhood education teacher, will help your child develop a love of books while preparing her for success in pre-K and kindergarten. Children will actively listen to a story then engage in activities that relate to the book’s theme and foster early literacy skills such as letter recognition, letter sounds, rhyming, and more.
Musical Movement Preschooler
Our signature music and movement class blends dance, rhythm, fitness and fun! This class is a perfect way for your preschooler to incorporate the benefits of movement with the principles of music, pitch, tempo and more! Each class begins with a “warm up” of song and dance and ends with some gentle yoga and stretch.
Lil’ Yogis–a perfect class to introduce yoga to calm and nurture their little mind, body, and soul while introducing movement. Your child will learn simple poses like tree, cow, downward dog and “play” with the poses allowing them to use their imagination. Class ends with a little “nap” or quiet time to teach them the simplicity of breathing and relaxing.
Kiddo Karate- This is the perfect opportunity to introduce martial arts in a non-competitive environment. Children will learn the basics of karate, with simple punches, kicks and of course, safety- when and when not to use their new tricks! with Traci Marino, karate instructor.
Prima Ballerinas- For the twirling, tip toeing inspired dancer. An introduction to ballet and a non-intimidating, non-competitive environment. Children will learn basic dance moves and movement, and most importantly, gentle discipline as they learn the art of dance. Grab those tu-tu’s and slippers and leave the rest to Amy Valle, veteran dance instructor.
Lil Sport - this kid’s fitness class introduces your child to sport, movement, concepts of being healthy and active and of course, fun! Children will learn stretching, agility, strength and good teamwork. Each week a new sport (along with some old favorites) are introduced to keep them learning a variety of skills.
Pre-K Enrichment: Minds in Motion (3.5-5yrs)- This once-weekly, 3-hour drop off program was created to supplement your preschool age child. Includes activities to foster mind and body. Each week will highlight a certain theme/topic and include games to enhance reading readiness and number sense, movement, arts/crafts and 30 minutes of literary enhancement in a small group setting!
Kids ages 4.5-6.5 yrs
Kinder Creations- Art and Science blended together for this fusion class where your preschooler/kindergartener will dive into art, scientific creations and simply, lots of fun! Each week a new art medium or experiment will allow your child to use math, science and art skills while creating masterpieces or just making messes!
Yoga Adventures- Travel around the world with cultures, music, art all fused with YOGA! From the African plains and Kilimanjaro to the orient or jungle, this class will be sure to take your child on an adventure while using the benefits of yoga for body and mind.
Fit Kids – Get your child active early! With this fun class, your child will learn about movement with flexibility, aerobic and strength conditioning while playing games and learning about a healthy lifestyle. Set the foundation now to love being healthy and fit!
Kinder-Bricks4Kids- In this drop off class students will experience hands-on engineering fundamentals as they build motorized models using LEGO® bricks. Bricks4Kids provides curriculum that introduces children to engineering, architecture and scientific principles. Student’s imaginations and creativity will soar during a free-play building session at the end of each class.
