 4-Week Weight Loss Program

Take four weeks and get started on a plan that makes sense and gives you the guidance to get results.  Begin with a one hour session with your trainer including fitness assessment, goal setting and nutritional overview. Then meet 3 times weekly for 30 minutes each session with your trainer/coach as well as mid session weigh in .
4 week program- $425/ $382.50 member price

Empower 8-Week Weight Loss Program

This is for the woman looking to move forward, regain her strength, lose weight, build confidence, and empower herself. A longer, more in depth version of our Get Started Program for more results and longer lasting good habits.  Begin with a one hour session with your trainer including fitness assessment, goal setting and nutritional overview. Then meet 3 times weekly for 30 minutes each session with your trainer/coach as well as mid session weigh in.  8 week program- $799/ $719 member price.
