Our 8-week Transformation Boot Camp program is like no other program out there.  You will literally transform yourself body and mind; both inside and out!

  • Weekly Fitness Plan and motivational emails to enhance your success
  • 3-4x weekly Guided Workouts targeted to burn fat and build a lean body similar to P90X, Insanity Programs, Cross Fit but in a small group setting. Training types include: Power Plyo, Power Plyo Boxing, Tabata Circuit and traditional Boot Camp.
  • Meal Plan and Nutritional Guidance with food/exercise on-line journal, body fat test, body measurements and weekly weigh in.  Our meal plan will teach you things which are a practical and sustainable approach to optimal health that will last you a LIFETIME!
  • Expert Advice and Tips from Master Trainers and access to your personal coach, Lauren Hendry and Emily Houldcroft .

Upon registering, we’ll customize a plan to get you started.  Meet to set your personal goal, take initial assessments and provide you with the tools needed to get you results!  It’s that simple.

Group trainings offered 6 days per week: mornings, evenings and even weekends!
