Our 4-week Transformation Boot Camp program is like no other program out there.  You will literally transform yourself body and mind; both inside and out!

  • Weekly Fitness Plan and motivational emails to enhance your success
  • 2x weekly Guided Workouts targeted to burn fat and build a lean body but in a small group setting. Training sessions include cardiovascular (aerobic) training, strength training and core conditioning.
  • Unlimited access to the gym and additional fitness classes to keep you moving and seeing results!
  • Meal Plan and Nutritional Guidance with food/exercise on-line journal, body fat test, body measurements and weekly weigh in.  Our meal plan will teach you things which are a practical and sustainable approach to optimal health that will last you a LIFETIME!  Optional- get 2 Isagenix meal replacement shakes for each day as well as supplements to kick start your weight loss.
  • Expert Advice and Tips from Master Trainers and access to your personal coach.
  • Complimentary childcare when available!
