This four week program is the perfect start to getting back to healthy! Meet weekly with SMALL group training workouts intended to give you the personalized attention and modifications based on your fitness level. Begin with a base fitness assessment and personal goal setting to help you get focused and ready to GET Fit. This is a perfect opportunity to get you ready for group exercise and feeling confident in any class!

Meets 3x weekly.
Mondays , Thursdays, Fridays 10:30-11:15am, Saturdays 8:30am
