Are you new to exercise, coming back after a hiatus, just had a baby, or have some medical concerns like bad back, bad knees or asthma?  Then GET FIT is your answer. This four week program is the perfect start to getting back to healthy!   Meet weekly with SMALL group training workouts intended to give you the personalized attention and modifications based on your fitness level.  Begin with a base fitness assessment and personal goal setting to help you get focused and ready to GET Fit. This is a perfect opportunity to get you ready for group exercise and feeling confident in any class!

Next session begins Sept 8th.  Register early as spots are limited!
Meets 2x weekly. 45 mins, 4 weeks
Mondays 8:45am, 10:30am, 6:15pm
Thursdays 8:45am, 10:30am, 6:15pm

This “moving” mom support group encompasses all the support you need to get back your body and strength while spending time with other new moms and your babies!
Classes focus on a total body workout including cardio and paying close attention to regaining core strength.  Learn about how to help lose baby weight, lactation and exercise, nutrition and everyday core exercises to help you with your mama middle.
Wednesdays and Fridays 11:30am, 45 mins
Begins Sept 10th, 2x weekly, 4 weeks

$160 for non-members includes all program features and use of gym for the four weeks. Join with a friend and save 10%.
$120 for members.
