This four week program is the perfect start to getting back to healthy! Meet twice weekly with SMALL group training workouts intended to give you the personalized attention and modifications based on your fitness level. This is a perfect opportunity to get you ready for group exercise and feeling confident in any class!

$160 for non-members includes all program features and use of gym for the four weeks. Join with a friend and save 10%.
