Core Restore

 

New mothers may have to fight the stomach bump after pregnancy. This is caused by diastasis recti, or abdominal separation. Our 6 week class focuses on fixing this issue with proper abdominal exercises. Our trainers will help with waist assessments and measurements.

Mamas Move is dedicated helping fellow moms with the prenatal and postnatal exercises, and want you to succeed!

 

We recommend maximizing your smoothie with healthy, energy boosting ingredients. Deciding what all goes into the mixing cauldron depends on your tastes and preferences. For simple reference, try these simple ingredients:

 

  • Apples- Rich in antioxidants and fiber, apples take on more than one role. Affordable and delicious, you can throw one in for a plethora of benefits. Some studies have shown that consuming apples during pregnancy also reduces the risk of children in utero developing asthma complications in life.
  • Bananas- This yellow berry is essential for your smoothie. Beyond added benefits for your entire body (heart, digestion, kidneys, etc), bananas provide a great source of energy to help both mom and baby with their fitness plans. Bananas also supply you with a wealth of needed vitamins and nutrients.

Proper diet and exercise are the key to post postnatal weight loss (or any weight loss for that matter!).You can also utilize exercise during pregnancy to take a healthy advantage. The essential kit for your healthy concoction includes proteins, carbs, and healthy fats. This trio is optimal for fueling your body with that much-needed energy and they will certainly keep you going for the duration of your workout.
