This eight week challenge will kick off and kick butt on Saturday, April 5th at 10am with opening ceremonies, team selection and team name selection, rules and challenge specifics, helpful handouts, pep talks and of course a Movin’, Groovin’ Workout!  Start your spring off right- with empowerment and a chance to get in great shape and feel your best!  Over eight weeks, you and your teammates will compete against other MOM teams and aim to accrue the most amount of points through: 

event attendance, performance, motivation, weight loss (both inches lost and pounds lost), fitness gains, and challenge events. 

There will be 2 scheduled challenges during this time as well as opportunities for your team to train with certified fitness trainers at Mamas Move in Norwell.  Can’t attend all the events? Don’t worry- each teammate that attends gets a point. Of course if your whole team attends, that gives you more chances to get more points!  We will wrap up the eight weeks with the Mom-Olympics on Saturday, May 31st at 10am!  Invite family, friends, and colleagues to cheer you on as you strut your mom stuff.  Have them bring donations of baby items, children’s items, gently used or new and you then receive points for their generosity!  Help us raise awareness for those needy children in Massachusetts and provide them with clothing, toys, books and more!  All donations will go to Cradles to Crayons- the Giving Factory to help those local children!  Registration begins Saturday, March 15th and is $30 per team member- which includes

registration fee, t-shirt, move and grove log book and entrance into the Mom-Olympics and celebration! 

Help us make this event a tremendous one and ultimately an annual one!  Remember, this is for any mom- new, experienced, older, younger, even pregnant!
