Zumba Mama! is for the expectant mom, new mom, and even veteran mom to groove and help her get her move on! A Latin and International dance class taking over the mainstream!! Both pre and post natal welcome!
Cardio Blast is a cardiovascular workout using a 5 lb weighted ball and a variety of cardio movement types for a total body workout. Good for both pre and post natal mom (without baby). Both pre and post natal welcome!
EMPOWER! Is for post partum mom (at least 10-12 weeks postpartum with regular exercise) who is looking to take her workout to the next level and empower herself. This Boot Camp style class is created to help you lose weight and tone up with maximum results!
Please note: It is recommended that participants be at least 4 weeks postpartum from vaginal delivery and 6 weeks postpartum from c-section to participate in our fitness program. A doctor’s note of approval may be required.
We understand that babies may be fussy, need to nurse or feed, or simply need a diaper change while participating in one of our Ease on Back classes– please feel free to use our mother’s lounge at any time.
We understand that getting out of the house with little ones may lead to unexpected tardiness– we ask that you try to arrive on time as best you can!
